Councilman Kazy and guests will discuss the resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation of W. 130th St., from Brook Park Rd. to Lorain Rd. This meeting will be an “open house” format. Ward 16 residents and business owners may view displays related to the project and ask questions.
